The famed protagonist from Buronson and Tetsuo Hara’s legendary manga series joins FATAL FURY’s roster in June
Osaka, Japan — March 28, 2026 — SNK CORPORATION today announced that Fist of the North Star’s Kenshiro will be the sixth DLC fighter for FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves Season Pass 2. Kenshiro will join the roster this June, following Krauser’s arrival in April and a mystery character’s arrival in May.
The legendary fighter who survived the end of the century descends on South Town in FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves. How will Kenshiro, with his commanding presence, blend in with the game’s mechanics and mayhem? Time will tell…

Kenshiro’s exciting reveal was made at AnimeJapan 2026, one of the world’s largest anime events. Fist of the North Star (Hokuto no Ken) is a Japanese manga franchise created by Buronson and illustrated by Tetsuo Hara. It centers on Kenshiro, sole successor to the ancient Hokuto Shinken martial art, and his fight against evil in a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by nuclear war.
Players who wish to play as Kenshiro when he arrives in June can either pick up Season Pass 2 for $19.99 / €19.99 if they already own the base game, or purchase FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves Legend Edition (Season Pass 1 + 2) for $49.99 / €49.99.
