# Job Simulator: Human Relations Clocks In on Kickstarter, Building Four-Player Office Chaos for PC

*Austin-based developer FarBridge reveals the flat-screen co-op comedy game and launches a Kickstarter to help finish the [JOB]*

**AUSTIN, TEXAS & THE MUSEUM OF HUMAN EMPLOYMENT – Aug. 11, 2026 – **Ten years after satirical VR work simulator [*Job Simulator*](https://jobsimulatorgame.com/) first asked players to clock in, the Museum of Human Employment is opening its doors again.

[FarBridge](https://farbridge.com/), the studio behind [*Homeworld: Vast Reaches*](https://farbridge.com/homeworldvastreaches) and credits in [*RWBY Grimm Eclipse*](https://farbridge.com/rwbygrimmeclipse), **today revealed *****Job Simulator: Human Relations***, an officially licensed flat-screen co-op physics comedy game developed in collaboration with IP holder [Owlchemy Labs](https://owlchemylabs.com/). The studios have worked closely together before, with FarBridge contributing to [*Dimensional Double Shift*](https://dimensionaldoubleshift.com/?_gl=1*1evk2r2*_ga*MTgzODMyNjQ3OC4xNzgwNDM2NTc5*_ga_TR46C8HB9K*czE3ODQ2NTY4MjckbzE0JGcxJHQxNzg0NjU3MDM1JGo2MCRsMCRoMA..). *Job Simulator: Human Relations* challenges up to four players to complete office tasks, compete for limited resources, survive disasters, and hit Goal before the work week falls apart.

FarBridge also launched a **[Kickstarter campaign](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/farbridge/job-simulator-human-relations) with a $150,000 funding goal**, inviting players to help make *Job Simulator: Human Relations* a reality. Funds raised will support the game’s development while backers can participate in private playtests, receive exclusive development updates, get VIP Discord access, and contribute to shaping the game. Players can also wishlist the title now on [Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/4965500/Job_Simulator_Human_Relations/).

*“Job Simulator has always been good at finding the joke in the everyday nonsense of work,”*** said Patrick Curry, founder and CEO of FarBridge.*** “With Job Simulator: Human Relations, we started wondering what that would look like if you had to deal with all of it alongside your friends. That idea opened up a lot of possibilities, and we don’t want to figure them all out behind closed doors. Kickstarter gives us a way to keep building the game with players involved from the beginning.”*

*“Job Simulator turned ten this year, and we’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to let this universe grow without losing what made people love it in the first place,” ***said Andrew Eiche, CEOwl of Owlchemy Labs.*** “FarBridge has worked alongside us on several games, so we know the passion and creativity they bring to the table. They get our sense of humor, they understand how we build playful systems, and we trust them to bring that spirit to a new kind of experience for fans new and old.”*

Set in 2050, after human employment has been completely terminated, *Job Simulator: Human Relations* takes players back to the Museum of Human Employment for its latest living-history exhibit. The robot curators behind it learned everything they know about office life from social media posts, corporate training videos, and toxic productivity gurus. Needless to say, their recreation of work is…not accurate.

Each day follows a simple workflow: Do Job, manage Chaos, hit Goal. Players fetch coffee, process paperwork, refill printers, and deliver packages while mandatory meetings, management requests, fires, floods, and earthquakes get in the way. Miss quota, and the shortfall carries into tomorrow. Meet it, and employees earn promotions, abilities, customizations, and increasingly questionable management responsibilities.

Kickstarter employment packages begin at $25, with the New Hire tier discounted to $20 for the first 24 hours of the campaign. Across the reward tiers, backers can get access to things like playtests, “Backer” Discord access, Steam copies, in-game recognition, opportunities to contribute designs to the game, and more. Stretch goals include additional disasters, customization options, jobs, and beyond.
