# Krauser Rises from the Ashes in Season 2 of FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves

*Krauser Makes His Thunderous Debut on April 24, Coinciding with the Game’s 1st Anniversary*

**Osaka, Japan — April 17, 2026 — **[SNK CORPORATION](https://www.snk-corp.co.jp/us/) today announced that Krauser, the fourth DLC fighter for [FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves](https://www.snk-corp.co.jp/us/games/fatalfury-cotw/) Season Pass 2, will join the roster on **April 24, 2026**, coinciding with the first anniversary of the game’s release. Additionally, a special anniversary stream will also air on April 23, 2026, to celebrate the occasion.

Wolfgang Krauser made his debut as the final boss in 1992’s FATAL FURY 2. A six-foot-five colossus boasting deadly strikes and formidable reach, Krauser overwhelms opponents with his indomitable offense and defense. True to form for a man once feared as the Emperor of Darkness, he dominates adrenaline-charged contests that only City of the Wolves can deliver.

Check out Krauser’s trailer [here](https://youtu.be/k4ceRh4zn0Y).

**Emperor of Darkness, Wolfgang Krauser**

- **Voice Actors**: Patrick Seitz (EN), Yutaka Aoyama (JA)
- **Bio**: Krauser ruled the sinister underbelly of society as the Emperor of Darkness, until he fell in battle to the resilient fang of the Hungry Wolf—or so the rumors, spread by his own offspring, would have the public believe. Now, years later, the son of the sovereign has a fighting tournament of his own; for Krauser, whose ruthlessness has only grown with time, it is the perfect chance to strike. The stage is set—not a requiem for the fallen, but an overture to revenge.

**Krauser in Arcade Mode and Episodes of South Town (EOST)**

- **Arcade Mode**: Krauser vows to reclaim his life as the omnipotent Emperor of Darkness, and retribution against one man in particular—Terry Bogard, the Hungry Wolf himself—will allow him to do just that.
- **Episodes of South Town**: Krauser's single-player RPG adventure sees him stalk the streets of South Town to further his sinister ambitions. How has the City of the Wolves changed in his absence? Where does his focus now fall?

In addition to Krauser’s release, FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves will receive a major update on April 24 to mark its first anniversary. A special [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/@SNK_OfficialChannel) stream on April 23 will feature voice actors Takashi Kondo and Chika Anzai as the team looks back on the game’s first year, with video retrospectives, community highlights, developer messages, and more. Details on the major anniversary update will be revealed during the stream.
