# SAMURAI SHODOWN Integrates Rollback Netcode Update for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation®4!

*SNK’s weapon-based fighter now includes improved online functionality on additional platforms*

**OSAKA, Japan. – May 22, 2024 –** Today [SNK CORPORATION](https://www.snk-corp.co.jp/us/)** **has announced that its popular weapon-based fighting game [***SAMURAI SHODOWN***](https://www.snk-corp.co.jp/us/games/samuraishodown/) now supports rollback netcode on [Xbox](https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/samurai-shodown-standard-ver/9NLDLX8L7J99) Series X|S, [PlayStation](https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP5541-CUSA15915_00-SAMURAISPIRITSEA)®4, and [Epic Games Store](https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/samurai-shodown-reboot) platforms. Players on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation platforms can now enjoy the same enhanced online functionality Steam players received in a similar update late last year. Please note that the Nintendo SwitchTM version and Xbox One version are not part of this update.

The update is now available for PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, and Epic Games Store platforms. PC players can continue to enjoy the recently implemented rollback netcode update via [Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1342260/SAMURAI_SHODOWN/).
