Osaka, Japan — August 17, 2026 — SNK CORPORATION today announced that Duck King, the second DLC fighter for FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves Season Pass 3, will join the roster on August 27, 2026.

Duck King has been a Fatal Fury staple since the very first installment, FATAL FURY (1991). A hybrid of dance and martial arts, South Town’s resident breaker has spent three decades winning fans over with nimble footwork, tricky moves, impeccable rhythm, and undeniable heart. It was an encounter with Terry Bogard years ago that first set Duck King on his fighter’s journey, and fittingly, the Hungry Wolf is what draws him back now. The stage is set, South Town—your king has come again.

Check out Duck King’s trailer here.

Duck King, The Brawling Breakdancer

• Voice Actors: Cedric Williams (EN), Anri Katsu (JA)
• Bio: Get down on it with South Town’s resident dancing king! Duck is South Town to the core; after all, he not only has a friendly rivalry with its hero Terry Bogard (after losing to him in his youth), but also a deep love for iconic hangout Pao Pao Café. Indeed, Pao Pao is where you’ll mostly find this old-school breaker, living it up like only he knows how: with fights, festivities, and tons of dance floor fever. When rhythmic royalty hits the stage, nothing can stay away or stop him—not even time itself!

Duck King in Arcade Mode and Episodes of South Town (EOST)

• Arcade Mode: Richard Meyer, owner of Pao Pao Café, reaches out to Duck with grave news: certain parties are looking to buy out the beloved establishment. The brawling breaker, of course, will have none of it, so—knowing what the tournament’s generous cash prize would achieve—finds himself eyeing King of Fighters. A chance to save Pao Pao, help longtime friend Richard, and settle the score with Terry Bogard—the dancing king is ready to bust out some rhythm and bruises!
• Episodes of South Town: Duck seeks revenge against Wolfgang Krauser, at whose hands he suffered a soul-crushing defeat years prior. The would-be emperor’s fall by Terry Bogard’s hand—and subsequent self-destruction—had all but eliminated the dancer’s chance of a rematch at the time; however, now that Krauser is back in South Town, he’s fair game. Revenge of the Duck—it’s time.

Players ready to get into the ring once more can either pick up Season Pass 3 for $19.99 / €19.99 if they already own the base game, or purchase FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves Revenge Edition (base game + Season Passes 1, 2, and 3) for $49.99/€49.99.

Osaka, Japan — July 17, 2026 — SNK CORPORATION today announced Season 3 of FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves will start on July 23, 2026. The new season’s DLC lineup kicks off with the returning Rick Strowd!

Native American fighter Rick Strowd made his series debut in REAL BOUT FATAL FURY 2 (1998). One of Fatal Fury’s few true boxers, the so-called White Wolf of the Ring claws his way into City of the Wolves with hard-hitting punches from the past and a new Aggressor Style stance, complete with versatile follow-ups (overheads, lows, catch counters, and more). Rick has evolved into a technical fighter who combines devastating power with a high-level mind game, forcing sharp reads and split-second decisions from his foes.

Check out Rick’s trailer here.

Rick Strowd, The White Wolf

• Voice Actors: Alejandro Saab (EN), Yasutaka Azuma (JA)
• Bio: Rick started out wowing casino crowds as a show boxer before going on to win it all on the world stage. The undisputed champ now spends his days defending the title belt, yet somehow still feels strangely unfulfilled. Then the news arrives: King of Fighters. A chance to tear through the ennui—and the world—once again. The champion’s fists can break through anything…even the fangs of a wolf.

Rick in Arcade Mode and Episodes of South Town (EOST)

• Arcade Mode: Rick has been at a loss ever since his beloved wife, Catherine, was struck down by an acute illness; not even the most accomplished of doctors could pinpoint a cause or a cure. And with another King of Fighters tournament beginning at exactly the same time as Catherine’s misfortune, the seasoned boxer can’t help but think there is more to it all than coincidence. Confident that a clue to her salvation lies within, he sets off for the KOF arena.
• Episodes of South Town: Rick Strowd has reached the pinnacle of his profession and conquered the boxing world—so what’s next? On a well-deserved day off from the ring, a sudden gust of wind guides him in a specific direction: South Town. Is it a ray of light, or a deadly omen? Searching for answers, the White Wolf of the Ring finds himself bound for the City of the Wolves once more.
