Manhattan Beach, CA — Aug. 18, 2026 — Pearl Abyss is celebrating the first anniversary of the global united server for Black Desert Mobile with five weeks of special events from Aug. 18 through Sept. 22.

The anniversary marks one year since the global Asia, Japan, and Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau servers were unified on Aug. 19, 2025, under the “UNITED SERVER” initiative. The five-week anniversary celebration takes players on a virtual “World Tour,” with each week highlighting one of five continents: Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and Oceania. Players can enjoy continent-themed events, daily rewards and a 50% Combat EXP buff.
Among the featured events is a first-anniversary cake placed in towns. Players can interact with the cake to receive a 24-hour 50% Combat EXP buff. The “Memories We Make Together” collection event also allows players to complete an anniversary collection using items earned through gameplay and anniversary events, unlocking various buffs and rewards. Players can also receive weekly rewards through the first-anniversary Advent Calendar and take on the World Boss “Peak” for a chance to obtain valuable items, including Void Breath and Eye of the Void.
The five-week event will take Adventurers around the world, with each week featuring a different region. Starting in Asia, then moving through Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania, each week has specific objectives such as the “Bright Lantern Collection Mission” and an exchange shop where players can trade collected lanterns for rewards. “Land of the Morning Light Market” will also offer daily and weekly items, including Black Shrine entry tickets and Tangled Time.
Pearl Abyss will also host a special first-anniversary livestream on Aug. 19 at 1:30 a.m. PDT on the official Black Desert Mobile YouTube channel. The English-language broadcast will feature various programs, including a lucky-number drawing, with opportunities for adventurers to participate and earn rewards. After livestream broadcast, it will remain on the channel for VOD viewing.
