  • Riot Games has lifted the fog of war and shared an update to the 2026 roadmap for Riftbound: The League of Legends Trading Card Game (TCG) in the first State of the Game update.
    • State of the Game provides players with clear visibility into the present and future of Riftbound, including lessons learned and how the TCG is evolving following the launch of Riftbound: Origins.
  • The 2026 roadmap provides a comprehensive look at what the year holds for the Riftbound, including the global Organized Play event schedule, release dates for Riftbound: Vendetta and Riftbound: Radiance, and other key moments for the growing TCG.
  • At the center of the roadmap is Riftbound’s Organized Play program, with Regional Qualifiers taking place across North America, EMEA, Southeast Asia, and Australia including Lille, Atlanta, Sydney, Vancouver, Utrecht, Hartford, Barcelona, Singapore, Los Angeles, and more.
  • Riftbound: Unleashed will launch in English on May 8, 2026.
    • Baron Nashor, an epic creature from League of Legends and keeper of the baron pit on Summoner’s Rift, will be making his Riftbound debut. 
  • Riftbound: Vendetta, the fourth set in the Riftbound, launches globally on July 31, 2026. Riftbound: Vendetta marks the first time global parity is reached in Riftbound, with Simplified Chinese and English expansions launching concurrently.
    • Fitting the set’s name, Riftbound: Vendetta introduces new enemy faction pairings for the first time. 
  • Riftbound: Radiance, the fifth set in the Riftbound, launches globally in Simplified Chinese and English on October 23, 2026.
    • Fan-favorite champions, Ekko and Seraphine, will be important parts of the final set of the year. 
  • Players can now gear up for the next Riftbound preview seasons, starting with Riftbound: Unleashed on March 16, followed by Riftbound: Vendetta on June 22 and Riftbound: Radiance on September 21. Each preview season gives players an early look at new cards, mechanics, and themes ahead of release. All the cards are on the table!
  • In addition to adding French to Riftbound in midyear 2026, Riot confirmed Riftbound players will soon be able to get cards in Chinese Traditional later this year.
