Global gaming IP CookieRun expands into lifestyle licensing, retail, and brand partnerships
SEOUL, South Korea – May 5, 2026 – Devsisters, the South Korean developer behind CookieRun, one of the fastest-growing global entertainment IPs to emerge from gaming, will make its Licensing Expo debut at Booth E220, May 19–21 in Las Vegas. With more than 300 million cumulative players worldwide, over $1 billion in lifetime revenue, and rapidly expanding cultural traction in the U.S., its largest and fastest-growing market, the company is seeking licensing, brand, and retail partners to extend CookieRun into lifestyle categories beyond games.
At Licensing Expo, Devsisters will pursue partnerships across toys and collectibles, fashion, health and beauty, food and beverage, and other lifestyle categories. It is also seeking partners for location-based experiences, including immersive retail, themed attractions, and pop-up activations. The company is further exploring direct retail distribution opportunities, with a long-term goal of placing CookieRun collectible products in major retail chains and specialty stores across the U.S.
The debut comes as CookieRun reaches new commercial heights. The franchise has surpassed 300 million cumulative players worldwide, generated over $1 billion in lifetime revenue, and its flagship game, CookieRun: Kingdom, was named one of YouTube’s Top 10 Trending Topics in the United States in 2025. The U.S. now ranks as CookieRun’s largest market by both player base and revenue.
The franchise’s physical retail momentum underscores its potential beyond digital platforms. CookieRun: Braverse TCG, which launched in North America in 2025, was named a Top Holiday Toy in the Toy Insider Holiday Gift Guide 2025 and continues to expand the brand’s footprint in hobby retail and organized play. A recent CookieRun pop-up store in New York’s Times Square drew 40,000 visitors and generated over $700,000 in merchandise sales in just 10 days, demonstrating the franchise’s ability to drive real-world consumer engagement at scale.
CookieRun’s portfolio currently spans multiple game titles, a physical trading card game, and an upcoming Roblox collaboration. The franchise is also in active development on the franchise’s most ambitious title to date, CookieRun: NewWorld, an open-world adventure title, coming to PC and console.
Devsisters will be located at Booth E220 at Licensing Expo, taking place May 19-21 in Las Vegas.
