A New CookieRun Adventure Begins as CookieRun: Crumble Launches Globally

Devsisters’ new deck-building auto-battler brings fast, fun team battles to mobile and PC as CookieRun: Kingdom introduces new cookies and game modes.

Seoul, South Korea — July 30, 2026 — Devsisters, the South Korean developer behind the beloved CookieRun franchise, today launched CookieRun: Crumble, a new deck-building auto-battler RPG available on iOS, Android, and PC through Google Play Games. But Crumble wasn’t the only thing in the oven; its launch arrives alongside CookieRun: Kingdom’s Tartrus of Oblivion, introducing the Trials of the Nether Realm game mode.

Arriving with more than 2 million pre-registrations, Crumble puts players in charge of a growing Cookie army, blending collectible character progression, deck-building strategy, and quick auto-battler combat. Players choose which Cookies and Pets to bring into battle, build around their roles and abilities, and watch their carefully assembled teams charge into the chaos.

Today’s releases give fans two new parts of the CookieRun universe to dig into, with Crumble introducing a brand-new deck-building auto-battler and Kingdom adding new cookies, game modes, and progression systems.

CookieRun: Crumble

Crumble sends players into the Dessert World as part of the Crumble Mercenary Guild, a group taking on everything from small errands to messy fights across the kingdom. Between scraping together enough bounty money to get by, their biggest headache comes from the Implant Order, a villainous faction digging for Crystals across the kingdom to bankroll their mysterious ambitions.

Players begin with the three members of the Crumble Mercenary Guild: Dark Cherry Cookie, Grapevine Cookie, and Berry Yogurt Cookie. From there, they can build and command teams of up to 12 Cookies, strategizing the best possible lineup before each battle. Cookie roles, character skills, Pets, and team chemistry all shape how a lineup performs, giving players plenty of room to experiment without slowing down the game’s quick, playful pace.

Key features of CookieRun: Crumble include:

  • Cookie and Pet team-building: Build teams of up to 12 Cookies and combine their roles, skills, and abilities. Pets add Companion Effects that can change the course of a fight, along with Ownership Effects that provide permanent stat boosts.
  • Alternate takes on familiar Cookies: Meet dimensional versions of CookieRun favorites, including Oven Wanderer Cookie, Brightseeker Cookie, and Readyberry Cookie.
  • Crumble Dungeon: Send every Cookie in your collection into one large-scale battle against the Holy Golden Drop and compete for rankings based on total damage dealt.
  • Daily Dungeons: Take on different stages to earn the resources needed to grow Cookies and strengthen teams, with bigger rewards available at higher levels.
  • Plaque Tower: Climb the tower one floor at a time, with special gimmick stages that require players to rethink their decks instead of relying on stats alone.
  • Arena: Compete against other players by building teams around strong Cookie combinations, climbing the rankings, and earning rewards along the way.

CookieRun: Kingdom: Tartrus of Oblivion

Tartrus of Oblivion brings a new story chapter, two new Cookies, and a seasonal exploration mode to CookieRun: Kingdom as Pure Vanilla Cookie’s journey to uncover the old secret hidden within the Blueberry Yogurt Academy continues.

Key features of Tartrus of Oblivion include:

  • Timeline of Fate – Tartrus of Oblivion, Episode 7: “Queen of the Nether Realm”: The first of the arc’s two episodes introduces the Consuming Memories episode effect, which threatens allies with the Sleep and the healing-blocking Dismay status effects.
  • New Legendary Cookie: Nether Queen Cookie: The Master of Death and Oblivion commands the sweet waters of Oblivion from the throne of Tartrus. This new Healing Cookie can purify debuffs, restore HP, convert excess healing into Shields, and can grant allies the Ring of Tartrus to save them from defeat up to two times per battle.
  • New Epic Cookie: Asphodel Cookie: A guide to lost souls wandering along the River of Oblivion, this Bomber Cookie summons an exploding Cat Ghost and empowers ally Grass Cookies with enhanced stats.
  • Trials of the Nether Realm: A seasonal endless exploration mode where players form expeditions around each season’s featured elements, and push as deep into the Nether Realm as they can for rewards.
  • Star Collection and Star Abilities: Two new progression systems that reward growing your Cookie roster – Star Points unlock buffs and rewards automatically as Cookies are upgraded, while Star Abilities grant Arena-exclusive effects for collecting and promoting higher rarity Cookies.

The back-to-back releases continue Devsisters’ push to grow CookieRun across different styles of play, with Crumble welcoming players into a brand-new game and Kingdom’s Tartrus of Oblivion update expanding an already familiar world.
