Skateboard Game Coming Soon from CocoaChina with Full-Body Motion Controls and Full Screen Support for iPhone5

BEIJING– Oct. 30, 2012 – Leading international mobile game company CocoaChina today announced that FreeSkate Xtreme will be launching in the App Store in November. CocoaChina’s development and publishing arm, Punchbox Studios, worked in partnership with top researchers, programmers, and designers from mobile game developer VisionHacker to bring a unique game to the Apple App Store that delivers an innovative Kinect-like gaming experience to iOS.

In FreeSkate Xtreme, players skateboard around town, jumping over obstacles, grinding, and performing dangerous stunts and tricks, all while collecting coins. Players tilt and shift their iPhone or iPad to steer and perform flashy stunts with the latest unique body motion controls. When it’s time to perform a risky trick, the phone’s camera clicks on so the player’s face appears on screen in real-time; the tilt and movement of the head translates into the character’s movement in the game as players score big points and dodge bullets.

With these so-called “bullet moments”, FreeSkate Xtreme turns a classic endless running skateboarding game into an adrenaline-pumping, full-body gaming experience—all on a mobile device!

FreeSkate Xtreme will be supported on the iPhone4, iPod touch 4G, iPad with camera, and of course on iPhone5’s 16:9 full-screen display. The game will be available in early November on the iTunes App Store for $0.99.
