Ankama revitalizes the true-to-mobile MMORPG with a new English server and early-game experience

ROUBAIX, France – April 3, 2024 – Today, ANKAMA, an independent French company that creates, publishes, and distributes works of entertainment worldwide, relaunched the free-to-play MMORPG mobile game DOFUS Touch for iOS and Android. Crafted by teams from both France and Japan, DOFUS Touch features an MMORPG experience for mobile players with tactical, cooperative combat in a Western-cartoon meets Japanese anime art style.

Check out the relaunch trailer here.

Originally launched in 2016, the mobile MMORPG DOFUS Touch is now available with a brand-new English server, expanded early-game experience, and freshly polished UI. Players will explore the World of Twelve to unravel its many mysteries linked to powerful dragon eggs called Dofus. The game’s rich lore is a prequel to the popular “Wakfu” animated series, available now on Netflix.

The complete MMORPG experience is available at your fingertips with DOFUS Touch, featuring:

  • 15 Original Characters: DOFUS Touch introduces an original cast of playable characters that differentiate themselves from typical fantasy roles. Players can choose from the time-controlling Xelors, masked warriors known as Masqueraders, the tech-savvy Foggernauts, summoners known as Osamodas, and more.
  • A Massive Mobile World: Explore a sprawling world with more than 10,000 maps filled with thousands of quests, items, and various monsters. Brave more than 70 dungeons to acquire legendary treasure and face almighty foes.
  • Cooperative Combat: Engage in strategic, turn-based fights. Coordinate with your allies to pull off combos using elemental and tactical spells.
  • True Free-To-Play: Players can access all game content without spending a dime. Bonus packs, cosmetics and optional services are available for purchase.
