In addition, Mike Maples Jr., managing partner at FLOODGATE Fund, will join DoubleDutch’s Board of Directors. Mobile Enterprise Platform Receives Capital to Fuel Product Development of Productivity Apps and Acquisition of Engineering Talent

SAN FRANCISCO – April 24, 2012 – DoubleDutch, the leading provider of cloud-based geo-social applications for the mobile enterprise, today announced that it has secured $2 million in Series A-1 funding, led by Bullpen Capital and including Mike Maples’ FLOODGATE Fund, among others. The capital will allow DoubleDutch to grow the team and further enhance their mobile app product line, in use by Cisco, UBM, Lowe’s, HP, IDG, Macworld, Interop, Young Presidents Organization, More Direct, RightNow Technologies, and ad:Tech, among others.
